MiMed is a patient-focused platform created to improve access to clear, trustworthy medical information across the Dominican Republic. Its mission is to make reliable health resources easier to find by offering a comprehensive online directory where users can search for medical specialists, health-related terms, and care centers across the country.

A key feature of MiMed is its consultation tool, which allows users to submit health-related questions and receive answers from a general physician directly on the platform. Patients can also leave reviews for registered doctors—providing valuable feedback and helping others make more informed decisions about their care.
Building the Brand Behind a Purpose-Driven Platform

Our work with MiMed began at its inception, developing its branding and visual identity before extending it to the website and social media presence. We recognized early on that MiMed wasn’t just another medical directory—it aimed to address a common gap in the healthcare system: the difficulty of accessing reliable information and finding the right care providers. Its mission was clear: to offer patients a more trustworthy and straightforward way to search for medical specialists and relevant health resources.

With that in mind, we built a visual and content ecosystem where MiMed could reflect community, trust, and clarity in every touchpoint—from its web design to its graphic content. We crafted a friendly tone of voice and introduced a varied color palette to bring visual diversity to the platform and reflect the range of medical specialties and topics across its social media.

Informing, Engaging, and Building Trust Online

We produced the website copy, branded corporate presentations, and a consistent stream of educational and community-focused posts for MiMed’s social media platforms—while also overseeing MiMed’s day-to-day interactions with its community.

One standout initiative was the recurring campaign “Featured Specialist of the Week,” which spotlighted doctors who received consistently positive reviews on the platform. By sharing their profiles, the campaign helped build trust between patients and healthcare providers, offering followers a reliable starting point for future consultations.

Delivering Smiles with a Bold New Look

Hola! Courier is an international courier service that helps customers in the Dominican Republic receive their online purchases from abroad. By providing each client with a U.S. shipping address, the company ensures packages are delivered quickly, safely, and right to their hands.
Reimagining a Brand That Connects

We led a full-scale rebrand, starting with a refreshed logo designed to better express the company’s services and identity. From there, we developed a bold and modern visual system, introducing a vibrant color palette of primaries and secondaries—meant to reflect the brand’s energy, modernity, and its strong connection to the world of online shopping.

This new identity laid the foundation for a fresh digital presence in an industry we found to be visually oversaturated. We focused on humanizing the brand, making sure every customer felt the presence of a committed team behind every delivery. That idea inspired the new tagline we created: Hola! Courier, Transportando Sonrisas.

Meaning “Delivering Smiles” in Spanish, the phrase goes beyond logistics. It expresses the brand’s mission to turn every delivery into a positive experience—built on service, care, and meaningful connection.

A Website Designed for Simplicity and Flow

As an online-first business, Hola!’s website needed to reflect the same ease and clarity that defines their service. We created a user-friendly, intuitive interface designed to help customers get what they need in just a few clicks—with fast access to key information and helpful resources.

Extending the Brand Beyond the Screen

We took the rebrand beyond digital touchpoints and into the physical world. Vehicle wraps, office signage, package lockers, uniforms, and promotional items—each piece was infused with the brand’s bold visual language. Every detail was crafted with purpose, helping Hola! Courier stand out from the competition and build lasting emotional connections with its customers.

HUNTER approached us to lead a comprehensive rebranding process that would reflect its evolution, market leadership, and expanded range of services. We focused on applying the brand consistently across every key touchpoint—from its website and digital platforms to large-format signage and promotional materials.

Our goal was to create a visual system that communicated both strength and reliability. To achieve this, we strategically combined HUNTER’s signature red—associated with action, protection, and alertness—with a deep blue that conveys trust, calm, and stability. The result is a balanced and confident identity that aligns with HUNTER’s purpose: protecting what matters most.

We developed clear, purposeful content for the website, ensuring that each section communicated HUNTER’s full range of services and tailored security solutions designed to meet the needs of every client. We also produced branded corporate presentations and proposal templates designed to reflect the company’s professionalism and highlight its broad range of solutions. These materials supported both sales and internal communications, helping HUNTER present a consistent and polished image across every channel.

Hunter Paint is one of the largest body and paint shops in Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic. The shop is affiliated with several of the country’s top insurance providers, which streamlines the repair process for many customers. Committed to delivering an end-to-end service, Hunter Paint keeps customers informed every step of the way, from initial drop-off to pick-up.
From Recognition to Reassurance: A Visual Approach

The brand already had a distinctive logo and a color palette that conveyed professionalism, trust, and reassurance—perfectly aligned with its reputation as a reliable workshop. Building on that foundation, we developed a consistent visual framework and brand tone for social media, focused on strengthening its presence and credibility. We retained the brand’s original colors to strengthen recognition and maintain consistency across its digital presence.

A Website Built to Connect and Convert

We designed a purpose-driven website to deliver a strong and trustworthy first impression. That’s why we placed the brand’s new tagline, “Tu Taller de Confianza” (“Your Trusted Body Shop”), front and center—immediately reinforcing its reliability and positioning Hunter Paint as the preferred body shop for vehicle owners.

We prioritized content clarity and simplicity to ensure visitors could quickly find the information most relevant to them. We highlighted Hunter Paint’s core services and its affiliations with insurance providers—reinforcing its ability to serve a wide range of customer needs. We also included business hours and contact details to make it easy for users to reach out or visit.

We also refreshed Hunter Paint’s corporate identity, extending the updated brand across physical touchpoints like uniforms, promotional materials, and large-format signage. Our goal was to position Hunter Paint not just as a repair shop, but as a trusted partner in helping customers restore their vehicles to look and feel as good as new.

Built in the Dominican Republic, Newbound is one of the few regional providers offering a fully integrated solution for customer communication and support.

From the beginning, we understood that Newbound wasn’t just offering a piece of software—it was offering a better way for companies to manage conversations. Our challenge was to bring that value forward through a brand identity that reflected both its technological strength and service-minded approach.

We began by evolving its visual identity, taking the brand’s existing gradient and pushing it further to express energy and dynamism. We then applied this new design direction to the login page of its platform, its social media design system, and various promotional materials, including POP assets. Every touchpoint was carefully aligned to reinforce recognition and create a unified presence across both digital and physical channels.
