Hola! Courier is an international courier service that helps customers in the Dominican Republic receive their online purchases from abroad. By providing each client with a U.S. shipping address, the company ensures packages are delivered quickly, safely, and right to their hands.
Reimagining a Brand That Connects We led a full-scale rebrand, starting with a refreshed logo designed to better express the company’s services and identity. From there, we developed a bold and modern visual system, introducing a vibrant color palette of primaries and secondaries—meant to reflect the brand’s energy, modernity, and its strong connection to the world of online shopping.
This new identity laid the foundation for a fresh digital presence in an industry we found to be visually oversaturated. We focused on humanizing the brand, making sure every customer felt the presence of a committed team behind every delivery. That idea inspired the new tagline we created: Hola! Courier, Transportando Sonrisas.
Meaning “Delivering Smiles” in Spanish, the phrase goes beyond logistics. It expresses the brand’s mission to turn every delivery into a positive experience—built on service, care, and meaningful connection.
