From the beginning, we understood that Newbound wasn’t just offering a piece of software—it was offering a better way for companies to manage conversations. Our challenge was to bring that value forward through a brand identity that reflected both its technological strength and service-minded approach.
We began by evolving its visual identity, taking the brand’s existing gradient and pushing it further to express energy and dynamism. We then applied this new design direction to the login page of its platform, its social media design system, and various promotional materials, including POP assets. Every touchpoint was carefully aligned to reinforce recognition and create a unified presence across both digital and physical channels.

We produced branded presentations tailored for different business audiences, helping Newbound communicate its benefits clearly and effectively. By simplifying technical language and translating product features into business value, we helped ensure the brand could speak confidently to both decision-makers and operators alike.
